Future Thinking on Workplace

At the recent AVEX conference at the NEC in Birmingham, our COO, Toby Hartwell, presented a new perspective on the office of the future and its implications for facilities management.

The work is part of a bigger research project undertaken by forward thinking that has explored the rapid transformation the workplace of today is undergoing. It addresses the big challenges for companies wrestling with such key issues as the attraction of top talent and how to anticipate the demanding needs of the millennial work generation and Generation Z who are about to enter the workplace.

With issues such as wellbeing and the need for personalisation in workstyle at the fore it highlights the need for organisations to rethink their human capital strategies in an environment where one size definitely no longer fits all.
