BP Branding at Work

Picture1.jpg

We had worked with BP on their commercial strategy and the development of service income, and through that relationship got talking to another part of their organisation about plans they had for an office reorganisation in Swindon. This was the heartland of their UK Castrol business and remodelling the spaces gave them the opportunity to think about workplace efficiency, employee productivity, brand and culture – all of which were of high interest to us.

We worked with them to help create a strong ‘Castrol’ identity at their HQ within the broader BP brand and on ‘opening up’ the workplace to a more agile working style. The work led to further very similar assignments at Sunbury, Canary Wharf and even in Moscow.

BP are a brilliant organisation, a great British institution and brand. They have many accomplished people, who are very open and keen to find the best possible solutions to their strategic challenges. They also really understand the dynamics at play between people, culture and brand – a real pleasure to work with.
